Expert Coaching on your Stroke Mechanics.

Swim Coach Direct has teamed with Dartfish to offer video stroke analysis. Using state of the art video analysis tools SCD coaches can watch you swim and give you specific advice for changes that you can make to improve your stroke mechanics. You can view your completed analysis package on the web for 30 days and can download a high resolution package to keep.

Tools used in the analysis include visual mark up on the video at key points where there are issues with your stroke, slow motion so that you can clearly see the areas to work on, voice over from your SCD coach explaining what you are doing correctly and changes that are recommended. In some cases your swim may be synchronized with an elite swimmer demonstrating proper technique.

How to Get Started

Signup for video stroke analysis.
Select the video package or program level desired.
You will receive specific instructions on creating a good video of your swim.
Send the video to Swim Coach Direct for analysis.
You will receive an email from Swim Coach Direct when your completed analysis has been posted and is ready for viewing and download.
Your SCD coach will be available to answer questions on the phone or via email.

Pricing

One time video stroke analysis is $149. You can also select a package of two where the second stroke analysis is typically done a month after the first so we can see if you have properly implemented the recommendations and make additional suggestions for further improvement. The package of two is offered for $249. Monthly video stroke analysis is included in our Gold program.
