Customized Workout Plans
Each swimmer is an individual with various goals. As such, our workouts are customized to fit your personal requirements. Whether you choose a basic plan or a premium plan, your program is customized to fit your needs and time allotment. Workout plans vary based upon your general goal. For example, a swimmer looking for ways to improve his or her 200 freestyle time in the next 8 weeks would have a different set of workout plans than one trying to get in shape for a triathlon in 6 months. Talk to Your Coach
We encourage all Swim Coach Direct members to fill out the "Talk to Your Coach" form so that we can help you achieve your goals. You have the opportunity to tell us about your past training and swimming experience. We can then offer you specific advice that applies to your particular goals and situation.
